Our team consists of 24 young minds who are working towards bringing in a better change, where the tasks of wealth managers are being made easy with the technology at its best!
Our core values are Commitment, Consistency and Continuous Learning. Each of the individuals at Ethan is treated with great respect and is nurtured to grow 10X personally every year. Mentoring our team lies in the core responsibility of EthanAI. We encourage our team to have a life outside of work and do not encourage working beyond the office hours. We also have a policy of one day per week where we work from home, keeping work-life balanced. This allows us to combine the strength of our leadership with the energy of our youth.
