NETWORK SECURITY
We only work with top of the class cloud providers like AWS. All our servers have firewalls and IP whitelisting.
DATA ENCRYPTION DURING TRANSIT
All servers and load balancers have HTTPS encryption and decryption process
(generally known as SSL termination).
DATA STORAGE
Critical data is encrypted and all our databases are distributed to reduce the opportunity to hackers. Further IP whitelisting, Excluding External Access
to Databases, and effective use of Rest API ensures that the databases are secure from breaches.
DATA UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Ethan.ai has both on cloud Prem and on Ethan.ai cloud solutions, you have the choice of having 100% control over your data through owning your own cloud. If you do not have your own tech resources you can host it on Ethan.ai cloud which will enable you to leverage our tech expertise to maintain a high degree of security.

Log management is important to a Well-Architected workload for reasons ranging from security or forensics to regulatory or legal requirements. We have a robust incident management process.
